IT Support Agent

You have to solve technical issues via Ticket System or WebEx™. We are a small international team of highly skilled, passionate people, working 3 days in the office. Our focus is not on customer relations or telephone. What we offer is a flat organization where autonomy and self-management are very valued and well rewarded. Part-time remote work can be discussed upon training period completion, but not exclusively

What is required


  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Previous experience with Help-desk and/or Support operations
  • Good knowledge of all Windows OS’es (Server and Desktop versions)
  • Linux basic commands and scripting
  • Understanding of network concepts such as switching, routing, subnets, firewalls, NAT, TCP/UDP
  • Basic understanding of IT-Security, viruses and malware, attack lifecycle, forensic investigation and mitigation, brute force attacks, privilege escalation, hardening, etc.

What is good to have


  • Zendesk knowledge
  • EDR tools such as CrowdStrike and Carbon Black
  • Network IPS/IDS systems
  • Honeypots
  • SSL/TLS decryption concepts and implementation
