What should you bring with you?

• You should speak fluent English
• You have previous experience with help desk and/or support operations
• You have good knowledge of all Windows operating systems (server and desktop)
• You have basic knowledge of Linux commands and scripting
• You have the understanding of network concepts like switches, routes, subnets, firewalls, NAT and TCP/UDP
• You have a basic understanding of IT security, viruses and malware, attack histories, forensic investigations and migrations, brute force attacks, privilege escalation, security policies, etc.
